- The Fenix 7 is in between those two models.
- Physical Size: The Fenix 7 has a physical size of 47 x 47 x 14.5 mm while the Fenix 7x has a physical size of 51 x 51 x 14.9 mm and the Fenix 7s has a physical size of 42 x 42 x 14.1 mm.

- The 7x version has LED Flashlight which is not available on the other versions. Only 7x has this feature.
- Screen Resolution: The resolution is not the same. The standard version has 260 x 260 pixels. 7x has the highest resolution of 280 x 280 pixels and the lower is 7s which has 240 x 240 pixels.
